Only a few days remain

I thought this might be of interest: The July August issue of VERANDA magazine has several articles on blue and white for summer color schemes. They call it a classic romantic combination – “classic and timeless all at once”. I couldn’t agree more.  Summer to me is blue and white. I just finished stitching the sample for our cross-point Morocco Square in the 09 blue and white combo:

Here are a few of the companion pillows in the same blues:shown above: Morocco Stripe Square 09 at left, Triangles Back Pillow 04, Balouch Stripe 04 (at back), Nilos Octagon and the large Nilos in 03 blue and white.

Blue and white is a traditional companion to antiques – paintings, porcelain, warm hued furniture and is the perfect combination to freshen up an  interior or porch, especially for the summer. At any rate, it’s a color combination that’s been around for centuries. The cross-point™ website   shows all related companion pillow and rug patterns to stitch in this beguiling color combination.
